St. Tudy is situated mid way between Bodmin and Camelford just off the B3266.  Lower Tamsquite Cottage is in the hamlet of Tamsquite 1 mile from the village centre.  It is set in 5 acres of land, 2 of which is garden with  B-B-Q area, stream and wildlife ponds.   Lower Tamsquite is a peaceful place to spend a holiday.

Kitchen with aga cooker, microwave and all usual appliances.  Dining room.

Conservatory/ reading room, complete with grapevine.  Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and sink.  Studio with twin beds, TV, en-suite shower, sink, WC.  Utility with washing machine, dishwasher.

Upstairs  Landing.  Bedroom with double bed.   Bedroom with twin beds

Night Storage Heaters are in Lounge, Dining Room and Landing and

are included in the price. Electric Heaters are in Studio, Bathroom and Conservatory and are Included in price. The Aga in the Kitchen heats the water.  Both showers are electric. The immersion heater is located in the cupboard in the twin bedded room. Parking is available for three cars

A high chair is available. No pets please. No smoking in Cottage please.
