St.Tudy is situated mid way between Bodmin and Camelford just off the B3266. Lower Tamsquite Cottage is in the hamlet of Tamsquite 1 mile from the village centre. It is set in 5 acres of land, 2 of which is garden with B-B-Q area, stream and wildlife ponds. Lower Tamsquite is a peaceful place to spend a holiday.

Lounge with Inglenook fireplace and wood burner, TV and video.
Kitchen with Aga cooker, microwave and all usual appliances.
Dining room
Conservatory/ reading room, complete with grapevine.
Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and sink.
Studio with twin beds, TV, en-suite shower, sink, WC.
Utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Further Information
The cottage is centrally heated except for the rooms with Electric heaters.
Electric Heaters are in the Bathroom and Conservatory and are included in price.
The central heating boiler is in the kitchen by the back door.
The Aga in the Kitchen is oil fired. Both showers are electric.
The immersion heater is located in the cupboard in the twin bedded room.
Parking is available for three cars.
A high chair is available.
Linen and Towels are included in price but cot linen is not.
Garden furniture and B-B-Q area available.
