The
Forge, owned by Phil Tizzard, was gutted, all that remains are the four walls.

Amazingly,
the slate plaque which was put up when the binding stone was reinstated for the
Millennium, was untouched.

you can see from the picture below, there is nothing left on the inside, but
this Grade II listed building will be rebuilt, plans are already in hand.
Watch this space, and as the work is carried out, we will follow its
progress.
