St Tudy Triumphs Again!

The annual inter-village quiz between St Kew, St Teath and St Tudy was held on Monday 1^st March at St Teath Community Hall.  The room was packed to capacity.  Up to half time the teams were running very close, but after a cup of tea at half time St Tudy took the lead and held on to win by 55 points over St Teath’s 49 and St Kew’s 43. 

This year’s winning team was a new line-up: Jenny Muir, Gilly Izzard and Catherine Hudson had been rather apprehensive in taking part as St Tudy has won the trophy for several years.  But they proved to be more than a match and delighted their supporters by carrying off the shield to St Tudy yet again!
