ST TUDY ON THE BOX
Countrywide Films (Southampton) spent several days filming St Tudy village and surrounding countryside in October for a programme entitled, "Country Ways - St Tudy in October" that will be shown on ITV Meridian, ITV West and ITV West Country sometime during the first half of 2007.
Filming took place in Norah Sheer's home and the patchwork group were filmed working on various patchwork pieces. The process took place in very demanding conditions, due to the small size of the cottage, indeed some of the lighting had to be set up in the street outside(see photos). Examples of Norah Sheer's work were also filmed, including a short interview with Nora.
When the date of the broadcast is known a notice will be posted on the web site, so watch this space!
